How do I change or cancel a reservation?

Changing or cancelling your reservation depends on the type of reservation you have made. If you have booked via our own website and with a flexible rate, you can cancel and/or change your stay free of charge up to 24 hours (until 3:00 PM) before your arrival date. However, this does not apply to non-refundable rates and bookings not made directly with the hotel. For the latter bookings, please contact the company where you made the reservation.

How can I change my reservation?

In many cases this can be done directly online via the website of the party where you made your reservation. If the reservation was made directly with the hotel or via the hotel website, you can contact the hotel.

What is the policy regarding children?

Children up to 3 years free. Maximum of two children per room per two paying adults in existing bedding. From the age of 4, a child must have their own bed. Meal costs may apply.

Which payment methods are accepted?

If you have booked a Non-Refundable rate, payment must be made immediately. This payment can be made by: a credit card (note this card must be shown at check-in) or via a payment link. We accept various credit and debit cards and cash in the hotel, preferably with exact payment.

Can amounts also be paid by third parties?

If a payment is made by a third party and/or the name of the credit card holder differs from the name of the booker and/or guests, the hotel will send an authorization form for approval and request it to be completed together with a copy of the payment request. and the back of the card and the cardholder’s ID.

If a third party wishes to pay for the reservation upon arrival at the hotel, that is no problem.

What is tourist tax and when is it charged?

Tourist tax is a municipal tax for paid accommodation in Tbilisi. The Tbliisi city council requires each tourist to pay 12,5% of the total room price to improve the city and its facilities.

For guests arriving by car, we offer on-site parking at Golden Palace Hotel, available at a rate of 25 GEL per 24 hours. You can reserve your parking directly

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our hotel. If you have a guide dog, please contact us in advance.

Unfortunately, the facilities and rooms in our hotel are not specifically equipped for disabled people.

Is there someone at reception 24/7?

Yes, our reception is staffed 24/7.

Can I smoke in the hotel?

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in our hotel or out of the window of your hotel room. A fine of 250 GEL will be charged if we suspect or find that our guests are abusing the fire and/or safety equipment or if they smoke anywhere in the hotel. The use of recreational drugs is also strictly prohibited.

What time is breakfast served? And how much does it cost?

Breakfast is served from: Monday to Friday 06:30 am to 10:30 am and Saturday, Sunday and holidays 07:00 to 11:00 as well as Dinner is served at 19:00 until 21:00.

Breakfast and Dinner are free of charge.

Until what time can I check out?

Check-out is possible until 12:00 am.

Can I check out later?

Based on availability, late check out is possible. This does incur an additional cost.

Can I leave my luggage after checking out?

Yes, we offer you the option to leave your luggage with us after checking out for the rest of the day. Ask our employees about the possibilities.

Can I leave earlier than planned?

Early check-out is no problem. Please note that our cancellation policy will apply.
